Fuel Tank Seal - OEM Replacement, HFP-TSK1 | QFS

HFP-TSK1 is a precision-engineered fuel tank seal kit designed for the Honda CRF motocross and cross-country lineup. Covering the evolution of the fuel-injected CRF from the 2009 introduction through the 2026 model year, this kit is essential for maintaining a leak-free EFI system. Whenever the fuel pump module is accessed for a filter change or pump replacement, the factory seals are subject to stretching and compression set. Using HFP-TSK1 ensures a vapor-tight closure, preventing dangerous fuel leaks and protecting the system from debris ingestion. Manufactured from advanced fuel-resistant elastomers, these seals are built to withstand the intense vibrations and temperature cycles of professional racing on the CRF250R/RX and CRF450R/RX platforms.

Features & Benefits:

• Direct OEM Fitment: Precision-molded to match factory specifications for the 2009-2026 CRF chassis, ensuring a perfect drop-in fit.
• Leak-Free Performance: Maintains the essential vapor-tight seal required for consistent EFI pressure and rider safety.
• Essential Maintenance Component: A "must-have" for any fuel system service to prevent the common issue of pinched or leaking reused seals.
• Racing Durability: Optimized to handle the chassis flex and high-impact vibrations typical of motocross and GNCC-style racing.
• Ethanol Compatibility: Fully resistant to E10 and other ethanol-blended fuels, ensuring the seals remain pliable and effective over time.
