What is your standard shipping method?

We ship most of our orders using USPS 2 Day Priority Air Mail, but certain items have to ship UPS ground due to size and weight, or other shipping restrictions.

Why haven't I received a tracking number for my order?

Because your order probably hasn't shipped yet. Log into your account and check your "Recent Orders" for the latest notes and updates.

Is an item in stock?

Probably. We have nearly 1 million dollars in parts inventory, but with many of our items being available in several different colors and sizes, it is not uncommon for an item to be sold out, or available via special order only. Best way to find out? Just contact us!

If an item is out of stock, how long will it take to get it?

Could be 2 days, could be 2 months. It all depends on what you're wanting, and you should contact us for a PRECISE ETA!

I'm at the door at 1pm on a Saturday and it's locked, what gives?

We're probably out riding, racing, attending an event, or throwing an event. Best to call ahead before visiting on a Saturday to confirm we are actually there.

Will you sponsor my race team?

Maybe. We support dozens of racers at various levels of competition and you could be next.

Why did you donate to the Semper Fi Fund instead of Wounded Warriors?

WW was too busy to accept our money (seriously, we tried and they took the time to write us a letter saying that they were too busy to accept our money!), and it turns out the Semper Fi Fund is a more than worthy cause, that does a phenomenal job of putting the money in the hands of our wounded veterans, rather than into million dollar yachts for the foundation staffers.
