The Mallet BOA® Clip-In Shoes are engineered to perform in the toughest mountain bike conditions, offering a perfect blend of performance, durability, and comfort. These shoes come ready to ride right out of the box, featuring a Match shim and Crankbrothers cleat pre-installed in a neutral position for seamless integration with Crankbrothers pedals (sold separately). The BOA® Fit System delivers a micro-adjustable precision fit, allowing for quick and secure adjustments on the fly.
Designed with the innovative Match Box, these shoes are optimized for any MTB pedals. The specialized Race Zone provides enhanced control and stability, while the integrated Ramp allows for easy clip-in and clip-out maneuvers and superior mud clearance. Utilizing the MC1 mid-friction compound, riders benefit from an easy exit from the pedal. Off the bike, the directional angled and spaced toe and heel lugs provide exceptional traction while hiking, complemented by a ramped toe for improved walkability.
Construction features include a stiff shank for maximum power transfer and a cushioned EVA midsole for high-level shock absorption. The upper is designed with ventilated windows and perforated mesh material for excellent breathability during intense rides. For added durability and protection, the shoes feature TPU reinforced areas for abrasion resistance, a padded tongue, and hidden eyelets. Superior heel hold is achieved through integrated heel dots, ensuring your foot stays securely in place through every turn.
