Each axle features wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design that effectively prevents binding, ensuring smooth power delivery even at extreme angles. Built for versatility, these units are compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and specific aftermarket a-arms. To ensure maximum durability, the CV joints are 10% - 15% larger than regular joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15% - 20% over stock specifications.
Constructed with dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts and an inner cage made of 4340 chromoly material, these axles are precision CNC machined for an exact fit. To protect the internal components, they are equipped with Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer (TPEE) boots, which are packed with high-load molybdenum grease to provide long-lasting lubrication and resistance against the elements.
