A specialized low friction coating is applied to the main EPS liner, acting as a slip plane to mimic the brain’s natural defenses and reduce rotational acceleration forces during an impact.
For long days on the track or trail, the SM3 offers superior climate control and convenience. The helmet features a maximized ventilation system with ten inlets and seven exhaust ports, supported by a visor designed to direct airflow into the ports. Riders can also stay hydrated easily thanks to integrated hydration tube channels built into the cheek pads.
