The upper is constructed from innovative, abrasion-resistant microfiber with a synthetic polymer on the toe box. This main microfiber material offers high levels of water resistance and significant weight savings, ensuring a consistent fit for long-term usage while remaining easy to maintain and clean. For superior control and support, the boots feature redesigned instep and Achilles accordion flex zones made from lightweight microfiber.
Protection is at the forefront of the design. A contoured advanced polymer core structure envelopes the upper boot for structural integrity and abrasion resistance, while allowing for excellent levels of controlled flex. The anatomically profiled, high modulus polymer shin plate provides superior impact resistance and features a Velcro® adjustable panel for a personalized, secure closure. Furthermore, a medial-facing biomechanical pivot system links the lower and upper parts of the boot, providing essential front and rear flexibility alongside structural support.
