The T SP-5 Rideknit® Jacket is a high-performance textile jacket designed for riders who demand a blend of advanced protection, flexibility, and modern styling. Featuring a body-mapped fit with pre-curved sleeves, this jacket is engineered for optimal riding performance and long-distance comfort whether you are on a daily commute or a spirited weekend ride.
Safety is a priority with this Tech-Air® 5 ready design. It is built to accommodate the world’s first completely electronic, self-contained motorcycle airbag system, featuring strategically positioned stretch panel inserts that allow for airbag expansion while maintaining an anatomical fit when the system is not in use. The chassis is constructed from hard-wearing poly-fabric for superior abrasion resistance, further enhanced by DFS Lite shoulders with dynamic friction shields. Internal protection is provided by Level 1 Nucleon Flex Plus armor on the shoulders and elbows, with dedicated compartments for Nucleon chest and back protector upgrades.
Comfort is managed through innovative knitted technology fabric, offering maximum stretchability and an optimized fit across the armpits, inner arms, and torso. A large mesh panel on the back of the collar ensures excellent airflow, while the low-profile sports collar with a soft lining prevents irritation. The rear of the jacket is elongated to provide better coverage in the riding position, and hook-and-loop waist and cuffs allow for a secure, customized closure.
For added utility, the jacket includes a large-tooth Vislon® main zipper for easy use with gloves, two front zippered pockets, an inner waterproof document pocket, and additional internal liner pockets. Attachment loops allow for seamless integration with riding pants. The woven camouflage jacquard construction ensures the garment remains lightweight and flexible, while reflective details improve visibility in low-light conditions.
