The construction utilizes Flex Plus ‘racing grade’ bovine leather with dual layers in exposed areas. This material is soft and supple, delivering superior abrasion resistance while remaining adaptive and highly flexible. To further enhance mobility, the suit incorporates Composite Stretch (A-CS®) technology on the back panel. These A-CS® Tech panels are approximately 9% lighter than traditional leather accordion panels and offer 30% elongation, providing a 288% increase in tear resistance compared to Hyper Resistant Stretch Fiber (HRSF) and a 600% increase in cut resistance versus standard leather.
For elite-level safety, the suit is designed for easy integration of the Tech-Air® 7x Airbag System and can accommodate both Tech-Air® 7x sleeve displays and Tech-Air® 10 wireless displays.
